Purchasing Management

This program in Purchasing Management concerns itself with streamlining the control process of purchasing in a cost-saving and higher margins manner. Students pursuing this program will be taught about the procedure of procurement of goods and services for company use, or raw material for resale. Students will be taught how to achieve targets while maintaining price stability and meeting quality standards. The blended learning tools provided by GTIM will help students in the development of necessary soft skills along with managerial attributes. On the completion of this program, students will be able to lead the procurement and purchasing department of organizations and take care of stock and inventory through knowledge and team-leading.
