International Finance Management

International finance management, also known as international finance, is the management of finance in an international business environment; that is, trading and profiting from the exchange of foreign currency. The course examines international financial markets and instruments, foreign exchange regimes, and exchange rate determination in depth. This course also includes a substantial portion on alternative methods of financing international operations, as well as strategies for foreign direct investment and alternative methods. GTIM through this program helps students recognize and correctly calculate market conventions for exchange rate quotations as well as depict an integrated understanding of the foreign exchange market, including the relationships between interest rates, spot, and forward rates, and inflation rates.
