This program adds to the body of knowledge in the subject of equality research management by describing some of how diversity and equality can be managed in the workplace. The study of this course is also well-connected to the
literature on strategic management. GTIM welcomes students who do not have prior experience in this field and use it as a pathway course towards learning more in this field.
