Operations Management

This program in Operations Management concerns itself with designing, planning, directing, and improving activities to transforming resources into usable products and services. Students will be taught from scratch topics like the procurement of material to the delivery of final output to customers. The curriculum includes a vast number of topics such as inventory management, forecasting, and capacity planning, quality management, and operations scheduling.
