Software Management

This program in Software Management is to plan and oversee the development and maintenance of software in a systematic, quantified and disciplined manner. Some of the technical things that will be brushed up throughout the program include Scrum, Agile, and Lean Software Product Management. Besides the technical aspects of this program, GTIM ensures to foster skills to ensure that students can effectively and efficiently plan, coordinate, measure, control, monitor, and form reports for successful software management. With a blend of agile projects and traditional projects, students will be able to layout the blueprint of the project scope and effectively communicate the goals to the team and the final results. On the completion of this program from GTIM, students will be able to take up leadership roles as Software Managers in the technology industry interns of all software-related activities.
